Pay every lender exactly what they're owed — on time, every month.
Each lender's position, rate and payout method is tracked on every loan. Each month Amortivo works out what was collected, what each lender is owed and what must be held — then pays it after a second person approves.
The problem
- A spreadsheet of lender shares rebuilt every month.
- Shares on loans that didn't pay tracked from memory.
- Management and referral fees calculated separately.
- Statements and T5 slips rebuilt at year end.
What changes
- Distribution day takes minutes, not days
- Held shares and fees never forgotten
- Two people approve every payout
- T5s straight from what was paid

How it works →Investor distributions
Pay each investor their share of interest collected at their own rate, hold shares on unpaid loans, apply management and referral fees and pay by EFT or cheque.
How it works →Investor statements & T5s
Lender statements for every distribution, annual statements and T5 preparation from interest actually paid, with the $50 threshold applied.
How it works →What's included
Lender positions
Each lender's amount, rate and share on each loan, including sub-investors paid directly or through a head lender.
Monthly distribution runs
Interest collected is split by position at each lender's rate; the spread stays with the company. Shares on unpaid loans are held and released when the borrower pays.
Fees
Management fees and referral fees applied per lender — including fees on held shares, deducted when the share is released.
Dual-control payouts
The preparer can't approve their own run. After approval, Amortivo produces the EFT credit file or prints cheques.
Statements and tax slips
Lender statements each month and T5 preparation from interest actually paid in the year.
Investor portal
Investors see their positions, distributions, statements and tax slips, respond to new offers and request banking changes — approved by two people.
Questions about investors & distributions
What happens when a borrower doesn't pay?
The lenders' shares on that loan are held for the month and released automatically in a later run once the payment is collected — unless your policy is for the company to advance them.
Does Amortivo prepare T5 slips?
Amortivo produces a T5 preparation summary and draft slips from the interest actually paid to each lender in the calendar year, ready for filing.
